for a partner visa you're on a tourist visa,and the tourist visa is going to run out during the processing. you apply for the partner visa when the touristvisa runs out if you have lodged, i can't think of the word. if you lodged an acceptable partner visa,i can't think of the word, there is a word. then once the tourist visa runs up, then thebridging visa will cut into it. you do not go off and apply for a bridgingvisa to make that very very clear. waste of time to do so. in the situation here, end of march, partnervisa should i apply asap?
can we apply even my daughter's birth certificateis not released yet by nso. our advice has always been you can't justgo on australia on a tourist visa then go, wow, mom i'm here, i might just apply fora partner visa. partner visa take time to prepare and if yougo rushing on in there, you're going to end up running out of time. i mean what it looks like here, it's an essentialdocuments for visa application. you end up lodging in a hurry, you're goingto end up running out of time and what can happen is they can make a decision based onwhat's there, they might turn around and be very nice and say, we will wait for you toorganize documents.
but they just make a decision based on what'salready there. if they do that, they could up refusing anapplication. it's a case you do things in a rush or youdo things properly. it sounds like you are not organized here. what i really suggest is you have a reallygood look at it. if it doesn't like you're going to have time,then go back and organize your documents or apply for a further tourist visa, stay a bitlonger. but we are going to say do not try to rusha partner, always going to end up being refused. take your time, do things properly.
don't rush to down under visa. we are very very particular. we do not do rush jobs, we tell people thatand say, can you do this as quickly as possible. i say no, we will always put quality aheadof speed because the object of the exercise is not to get a fast application in. the object of the exercise is to lodge a visaapplication that will be successful. i ask you in this case and anybody in thisscenario, take a few deep breathes, contact us and let us make sure we do this right. because at the end of the day you want a successfulapplication, you want to visa granted.
